I would like all of my customers to be happy with their purchases. Therefore, if for any reason you want to return your purchase, please contact me via email within 10 days of receipt to let me know of your intention to return the item. I will give you a return authorization number. Please provide this number in the package when it is returned. The package must be received at Fantasy Jewels within 10 days of the authorization date. Once the package is received, and the item is confirmed to be in the same condition that it was sent, I will provide you a refund. If you paid by check the refund will be paid by check. If you paid by Paypal then the refund will be paid via Paypal. If you would prefer a merchandise credit that can be arranged also. If you do accept a merchandise credit then the shipping on your next item will be free.
